      Don't feel for him too much, he never paid the state mandated amount until it came time for her to continue her education, when he said "maybe" i'll help. Wife went to an attorney and found out what needed to be done. He has been paying less than half what the state mandates for the last 15 years. So don't shed to many tears. That money goes to her, for her, and we pay for the roof over her head, her car insurance, food, and makeup, lots of makeup!
