I am almost thru the 60 day wait and one of my creditors that was named and received the Chp 7 paperwork keeps calling and leaving messages about wanting info to update my account and see where its at, also they keep faxing a bill to me. Can they do this??

No they cannot, not unless they filed a motion (and it was granted) to lift the stay. Let your attorney know.Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo

No. However... most small, local creditors take your bk personally. Don't be too hard on them, they're just trying to survive like everyone else.
