Bankruptcy representation is not like buying milk at the grocery store, if you want a higher level of expertise, better service, more attorney involvement in your case, then you will pay more. If you are ok with having your case pawned off on a paralegal, and only talking to your attorney twice (at the initial consultation and at the 341 meeting), then you will pay less.
