I look at my billing when I go on the website, it shows like 220 pages since I signed up and says 16.80 in charges, today I get the quarterly statement it says 1100 pages?! and 82.00 bucks !!! WOW which is correct, I don't remember looking at 1200 pages lol

When I login to review my balance, it automatically populates the dates 3/1/10-3/31/10, I had to manually change the date to view the full quarter's transactions. Are you sure you're looking at the full quarterly transactions on the website, not just last months?

Yes I put in January's date when I first started using it. It shows action just about every day since but only a few pages....

It sounds like you are already looking in the right spot, but just to review a bit on Pacer.

Go to User Options, click onto Billing History and then the date ranges of the bill in question. When that opens it will itemize each and every document that you have viewed, the date and time and which case it was for. If for any reason these cases do not look familiar then it is possible that your user id could be compromised. Just make certain that the docs you are paying for are those that you have downloaded.

One last thing. Many times ppl will refer back to the same doc several times. This costs 8 cents per page each time you download it. If it is a doc that you anticipate referring back to more than once the doc can be saved on your computer for later reference at no cost.

1100 pages in a bunch of research.

I did that it shows 210 pages which sounds about right, but 1100...I don't have that much time

What PACER counts as a page and what you may "think" is page are different things, unfortunately.

So I called about the billing, when you go to Pacer website and you go to the far right and click on billing then adjust the dates it shows all the transactions up to the current date...however that is only for the US Index not all Courts/Documents you have looked up grrrrrr!!! you have to go to another website for a detailed quarterly search. So 82.00 is me I guess

Too bad our pacer fees are not part of the package paid to the atty. for their fees.
