Nah, he lied, I have been talking to him, and he don't even remember me, im just a number, and a payment to him. I aint signing nothing till they get it right, I dont care if I get garnished, I will fill out the forms myself.

Ok, so maybe I am overreacting, but honestly, I am now a total stranger to him, he has no idea what in the hell we talked about in our consult, take notes mother******!

Ok here is one, failing to list my prior bankruptcy even though it was in BOLD PRINT on my questionnaire, I mean cmon, what kind of crap is that. I understand it's a "draft", but lets get it atleast half right.

I have dealt with the sheistiest of people in my life, and in the beginning he was good, but now I smell a sheister in my midst.

If they cant get it right, I am going to print out their draft, correction tape the errors and their name on the forms, and file it Pro Se. I own both NOLO's so I have a pretty good chance.

Sounds to me you may have gone to one of those "mills" that one sees advertised at 2:00 a.m. on TV. Yes of course in one of those you are just a number but many people go to them to save money and then find out too late they should have gone somewhere else. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for when it comes to services of any kind.

Nope, not a mill, 30 year old firm, practices it all the time, I think they are slammed, and sent it half-assed because I kept calling them asking when, because they told me 4 weeks ago they would file it. Thx for the support though, always appreciated, very moderator like.
