Hey first off a little background then onto question. I entered into chap. 13 on 5/14/07. Converted on 2/18/2010 fro a 13 to a 7. Already had 341 meeting on March 24, 2010 in the Western District of NC. And today turned my central air on and to my utter amazement my AC is broke and needs fixed. I am also trying to get my home mortgage modified and I am in the process of doing so. But the main question is can I apply for a loan now or do I have to wait till I am discharged. If its best to wait until discharged, I have money in an IRA that I rolled into when I was laid off, should I just take it out of there and pay for the stuff? Or is any of this possible before discharge???
