I have a credit monitoring thing that is paid for the next year, I don't really care what the scores are but I had a question with the automatic stay; I see one of my creditors did a hard pull on my credit today, can they do that when I'm in my 60 day wait??

They are making NO attempt to collect by making the hard pull, so I don't see any violation of the FDCPA. They do have a right to be informed about your credit status, which would include any new info reported to the CRA..
