filed bankruptcy on march 15 and had 1178.00 in checking account i was told to bring my statement in on the day of filing of what was in there. there was bills that was coming off that amount and it left me 15 in the account two days later...am i in trouble because of the high amount at the time of filing even thou bills were being deducted? i have to bring that print out at the 341 meeting in may

Gonna depend on how much cash your state allows you to exempt.
That's why we tell people to be certain all checks have cleared the bank or, pay bills with money orders if you're gonna have excess cash that is not exempt in the bank.
