Means Test: Healthcare/Vision/Dental Expenses

Hello All!! I wondered if anyone else had any experience with this-on the means test for Health Care expenses, how do you account for dental/vision expenses? I can add up the vision per year and divide by month pretty easily.But, for example, I need about $3500 in dental work. No ins. Would I divide that by 12 months? 36 months? 60 months? not sure how to add that in, or even if I can add that in?

Since you havent gotten incurred the expenses yet, you would divide by 12 and use that amount for the means.
