eBay & Paypal question

So about a week before I retained a lawyer I sold some belongings on eBay and was paid via paypal. The total sales was around $500 after fees. I used half of it to buy a gift for my son, and will be pulling he rest out as cash. Am I going to get in trouble for this? Technicially paypal isn't a bank, and I have not filed BK yet, not even sure if I can. Anyone have experience with this?

I don't think you'll have a problem, the amounts are small enough that it should not be an issue. You've got to do something to survive right? It may figure into your means test, but I don't think you have a problem.

Pay pal is perhaps one of the best hidden accounts you can have nobody considers them IMO.
