proff of expenses: contracts or financial statement?

I am on a apartment lease, but I don't pay the rent(I helped my girlfriend during the 2008-2010 until she got her master and teaching certificate. Now she is helping to get out of this situation).

I am the only one in our cell phone and the cable/internet bill and it has be taken from my checking account(However she is giving me cash for it $300 a month; she dosen't know that I am going to file BK, so I am saving the cash that she is giving me for any surprising situation.)

We are both on the electric bill(however she is paying for it).

I pay for my food and she pays for her food and some times vice-versa.

How to prove my expenses?

Am I in good shape or in trobble?

Do I need to put down any of her information during the process? Man, I would hate to do that; because I just want let her know about the BK when I become debt free.

Since you are living with someone who contributes income to your household, you really need to make that attorney appointment. Please do it soon.

THe income is coming from a non filing third party, they may ask who but they will not be notified.

what a about the apartament lease contract and the power bill, I am include with my girlfriend in the bill. Is the bill and the lease contract proof of expenses even if I am not paying?
