I just got off the phone with WF to discuss our loan, etc., and they are now accepting reaffirmations. The representative said that they were not accepting them earlier in the year, but they are now. - we still won't be reaffirming though.

At a consult today I asked the attorney about WF not doing reaffirmations and he said that he had not had a case where they wouldn't (when payments had been timely/none missed...) So that was a relief for us to hear, because we actually do want to reaffirm.
