    Question Payment Advice Forms

I got notice from the court that I did not include "payment advice" info correctly. I did not have any income for the period and evidently I didn't make it clear enough on the forms. I am suposed to submit a statement that the required info is not applicable to me but I can't find a form for such. Can anyone point me to it? I'm filing chapter 7.

    Thanks

You just write a letter titled "STATEMENT OF NO PAYMENT ADVICES FOR PERIOD" or somesuch. Some Districts have an actual form -- usually available on their website -- and some don't have such a form. You can always ask the Clerk of the Court.

I'm also assuming you filed pro se.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
