Yes, exactly. They are required to pay a $150 fee to file a motion for relief from stay. Adversary Proceedings, for example, have a $250 filing fee.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
