My 341 is next Thursday and today I get a call from Macro Legal wanting to verify my address so they could send me a Subpoena for Employment records for my business? Would this be from a creditor? or the Trustee maybe?

I called the Attorney's office, the assistant said she has never heard of the Trustee sending a Subpoena for employment records right before the 341...so it must be someone else.."I'm old enough to know better, but too young to care"

I can help you after you get the subpoena and then read who it's from. It's probably a creditor, but they can't subpoena unless they are in an active complaint with a court. Therefore, this reads like either you have a complaint already filed in your bankruptcy, or there's another action going on in State (non-bankruptcy) court! Which, of course if it's in State court, is a violation of the automatic stay!
Please tell me it's the latter! I want you to crush someone!Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
