I am thinking about filing (will probably be a 13) and I've been looking at Pacer trying to get a feel for what is being allowed in my district. I haven't spoken to an attorney yet, but plan to do so soon.
I found a case with similiar income/expenses to mine. According to the B22C his monthly disposable income is almost $2100, but his plan was confirmed at $270 a month for 5 years. His disposable income is similiar to my calculations, but I can't for the life of me figure out how he got to the $270.
What factors might cause him to go from that disposable income to the $270 plan payment? I'm guessing there are lots of things, but i'm just trying to get an idea.
thanks
