Yes, the lawyer attends the 341 Meeting with you, to make sure you dont' say the wrong thing. THe lawyer does all your paperwork, ensures that it complies with the law and local rules, and "represents you" at the 341 Meeting and, perhaps, any hearings required (which usually there are none in a straight-forward Chapter 7). You (usually) only need to attend the 341 Meeting.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
