Sorry, I think this is on here already but I couldn't find the post and now it's happening to me. I received a letter from an atty. Not my atty. And it says "Our review of newly filed lawsuits with the clerk of the circuit court records in your county shows that a foreclosure or other lawsuit has been filed against you." I have received nothing about a lawsuit other than Wells Fargo sent the file to an attorney to file but he is giving me thirty days. There were two certified envelopes that I didn't pick up in time from Bank of america but I didn't get anything from them in regular mail. How can I find out if a lawsuit against me is out there? Is this when I go on Pacer?
