      It's not illegal under the new CARD laws. Banks are still free to screw their low income customers with outrageous fees.

      I placed two recent articles on bank overdraft fees in the Credit News section today. Call and write your congressmen. Send them a million dollar contribution too, as that's what it will take for them to stop being pawns of the bank lobby.
