You are probably just on mailing lists or creditors obtained your information when you filed. Happens to everyone as the creditors sit like vultures, especially when the discharge information is released on filers. One problem with all these lists of folks out of BK is that your name stays out there quite a while. We are 3 1/2 years past our discharge (Chapter 13) and are still getting bankruptcy related auto financing or loan junk mail. And as of 4/09 our BK was removed off our credit reports.
