I haven't asked this, because I really don't care - just another guy to get served as far as I am concerned - - but I am just curious... why the heck is the U.S. Attorney General listed on my matrix? I did not put him there! How did he get there? It's been on there since the first matrix I downloaded from PACER. Does everybody have the U.S. Attorney General on their matrix or am I special?

I am certain that you are special, though I'm not sure having the U.S. Attorney General on your matrix is evidence of this.
I don't show the U.S. Attorney General on my matrix, though I do note the local county prosecutor on mine, as well as the county treasurer.
I can understand the county treasurer as we had outstanding property tax in arrears on a property. Not sure why the county prosecutor's on there, though, as we did file well before anyone was even thinking about filing suit.

Wow. A county prosecutor. Hey, that's special! I don't have one of those. I don't think he outranks the US Atty General though. I feel like I must have done something really important. Now I have to go look this guy up and see what his actual job is.
Eric H. Holder, Jr.
Attorney General of the United States
Eric H. Holder, Jr. was sworn in as the 82nd Attorney General of the United States on February 3, 2009 by Vice President Joe Biden.
Oh so... he doesn't really have a job. But he has an office. So he must be important.
Oh I see now. The Attorney General represents the United States in legal matters generally and gives advice and opinions to the President and to the heads of the executive departments of the Government when so requested. How boring! Just sit in an office waiting for people to ask you stuff?
Well I give advice to the President and to heads of executive departments all over the place, whether they ask for it or not. So maybe this guy is on my matrix so he can learn how to do his job better by learning to speak up instead of sitting on the sidelines waiting to be asked?
After all, I am first! (Which isn't quite the same as being special. It's just first.) He wasn't. He was 82nd. I wonder if I send him an email if he will answer me? Maybe he is just waiting for me to ask? Yeah he seriously must be bored. I see has Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and YouTube. Maybe I can invite him to play bejeweled blitz on FB?

My attorney put all kinds of people on our matrix that we don't currently owe money to. I assume this is just to cover all of the bases. Even though we're 100% current on all of our taxes, both business and persona, we had every applicable tax authority from the city, school district, county and state, the IRS, state unemployment insurance and more. The way I see it if any of these groups want to come after us for past-due taxes we can say they were notified of our bankruptcy and chose not to do anything about it.
Let me know if you get Eric Holder to play Facebook games with you - I'm very intrigued.
