DO you Think I should get a new Attonre?y

Had my consultation with him in Aug 09 (my second 1st was a mill) met with him again in Oct. I thought he was the one, He came highly recommended by family.
He told me I to try to wait till filing until Jan or Feb. Now I cannot get a hold of him by phone or e-mail do you think I am Impatient, and I should keep trying or should I look for someone new? He has not asked for any money even though I asked becouse I wanted to pay when I had it.

One big no-no for me is if you can't get hold of someone that you want to pay. If you can't get hold of him, you either have pestered him to death or he doesn't want your money.

Either way, find another one.
