So far we are really impressed by the service our attorney has given us. We interviewed a TON of attorneys and was surprised by the differences in service between them all. Most of them got their secretaries to file the BK... NO WAY! NO with our complex case and being over median so much.
Mine was not cheap but he has handled EVERYTHING and is very thorough. As soon as we retained him he said "I'll take it from here" and "refer all creditors to me". If we have a question we call HIM.. if he's in court or with another clients he still calls us back the same day.
I have not spoken to a single one of our $100,000 creditors since the day we retained him in November and called them all. They all crawled back under their rocks.
In most instances, yYou get what you pay for. Ours was $3750 (Ch 7 with LLC Corp) - $980 to retain. The remainder paid over 4 mths till we file. Worth every cent.
