I agree the bank should be responsible for all damages incurred as a result of their actions, I hope the man gets just compensation.

I read this article yesterday. Mistake or not- these people tresspased, cut power and changed locks on someone's house and they had no right to be on the property at all. I don't blame the homeowner. I'd want more than just repairs paid for.

Also, if, at any time this ends up being decided by a jury- good luck to BofA-I don't think they will find many sympathetic jurors.
