G'morning, ya'll ... we filed back in September, had our 321 in November, and my husband was informed this morning that they are cutting back to 4 days/week, which in $$ terms means approx $700 less/month (before taxes). I have called my lawyer and left a message on his answering machine, but just kind of freaking out here as, the amount they are withholding right now for BK payment, doesn't leave a whole lot of breathing room.

What can I expect to happen here?

Well once you talk to the lawyer it might be possible to convert to a 7 from a 13 since I assume with a BK payment you are in a 13. Hopefully you can get ahold of them shortly. If it still isn't enough then I think there is a motion to adjust the chapter 13 payment. To adjust payment you'll probably have another meeting with the trustee and need document proof.

gotcha ... and I do think the latter is what will happen ... lawyer asked for a copy of his next pay stub, showing the reduction in income ... it's just 1 day/week, so I don't think that's enough to throw us into the realm of a 7, as we both still have income, his is just reduced now.
