IT Worker & FINRA Fingerprinting & BK?

Hi - I work in IT in the SAP group. I had to submit my fingerprints for FINRA. They did not give me much info other than since I am in the SAP group I need to do this. Will a BK jeapordize this? I am not a broker but I do work for a mutual fund company in the IT department.

You'll be fine. A BK is reportable to FINRA if you're registered. I don't know why they're doing a FINRA check though if you're not registered with the SEC or State.
