I just started working part time again the last week in August. It hasn't been enough to make ends meet though (working full time would require me to send me girls to daycare instead of my mom watching them and would eat up any extra $ I would be making). My husband and I are going to do a joint bk and I am meeting with a lawyer on Tuesday morning.
He should be able to give us an idea then about if we will be filing for a ch 7 or 13, right?
My real question though is that I am working on the school district's calendar, so where I have been getting a somewhat steady pay (it varies though as there are days off for holidays and whatnot that I do not get paid for) but now I am off work until Jan 5th and then will also have the summer off. I am going to probably try and find something part time to help us get by over the summer, but I am worried that if we don't quality for ch.7 how we would figure out the payments for a ch. 13 when coming up here in the next 6 months we will be minus thousands of dollars I would normally make in that time.
Please don't tell me we need to wait to file until after the summer so that that lack of pay would show up...
Ugh I am really getting stressed out over this the longer we are waiting..
