    Can we take a poll by state on time length for a BK

    State Missouri, Western BK district, filed to 341 took 30 days. Our discharge should be on the 24th of December.

    I noticed in some states it is taking a long time and I just thought that a poll might help everyone have an idea of how long it is taking in their area?

    Filed in June, confirmation hearing is being pushed back agian until next month, hopefully a discharge in 2014.

    I assume you meant chapter 7, but I thought this would make your wait look short.

                    Thanks everyone that posted... I hope this gives newbies and idea for their states of how long or short it could be... each case is different, but an average or estimate of short and long wait times helps during the process.
