I have searched the net, and asked every attorney I talked with what are the special accommodations on the means test for a serious medical condition. Each one has their own thoughts on it. (not good enough for me, I want to know for a fact).
Congress put this out there.
"There is some good news for a certain group of people under the new law. If you are an active-duty military, a low-income military veteran, or a person with a serious medical condition then the laws allows for special accommodations in the mathematical tests"
Can some one direct me to the actual wording on what the "special accommodations are? Or is it just that vague?
