So here's this week's Darwin Award...a slimy snake by the name of "MJ Hecker & Associates"....I like to refer to them as the Hackers.....so goober buns takes me to court after a number of go arounds with his arrogant and rude staff (I wanted to make payments on the 'debt'...they called me a 'deadbeat' and told me to go 'borrow money from my friends" so I could pay the original debt of 178 plus their 752 bucks in 'fees'....I decided that I didn't like talking to them so I sent them a letter stating that I could make payments and as a 'show of good faith' here's a money order for 200 bucks. I thought that was a good gesture. The "Hackers" sent my money back...and then took me to court. I chewed Mr. Hacker out and told him that I couldn't understand why he would want any more money from me at this point since my money obviously wasn't good enough....he sidestepped me, we argued, he lied a few times...and got the judgement. 10 days later he filed for a garnishment.
Okay....he got one payment. I filed the BK and the first person to get a copy of this is MJ Hecker & Associates (ya'll should see all the complaints against this guy...not only online but also at the BBB)....then, I get to work and I give a copy to my payroll people...and just to cover the bases, I sent a copy to ADP who does our payroll.
The Hacker is claiming that he has not received his copy of the notice from the BK Court (Bullpucky!! I personally faxed him one....good thing I have a copy of the fax and the confirmation sheet...and since I've gotten a notice from the court of my 341 meeting I KNOW he has!) Anyhoo....he is now telling ADP that he wants to see an "entire copy of my filing including the creditor's matrix"....sorry mr. hacker, you are listed....your name is the second one on my "matrix".....so now I get to give an entire copy of my filing to my payroll department so they can send it to ADP who can in turn communicate with the Hacker Dude.
I'm sorta hoping this slime-o shows at my creditor's hearing....I'm sure the Trustee would like to meet this loser, bottom feeder, scumbag...... although I'm also wondering what slimy trick he's pulling this time..... especially because my little brain is telling me that I didn't have to have my Creditor's Matrix to the court for 15 days after the initial petition...and it's only been 13 days....but I did already file it....so I really wanna know if I'm just gonna have to go slash goober munches tires....just kidding...it's too cold out for that...and I love watching stupidity in action.
