The best advice given so far is: get thee to a bankruptcy attorney and get your Chapter 13 filed. Forget about judgments - the automatic stay will nip that right in the bud. Do not, under any circumstances, try to hide or transfer any assets. Do what you have to do. You cannot "game" the system. You are out of time - the time you would have needed to all the standard manipulations that people do when they realize that bankruptcy is inevitable. (Unless you have been covertly doing such things all along and have failed to mention it).
Then the filing, the payment plan, the Chapter 13 trustee's objections. Eventually the court will approve the plan and you send in your monthly payments and fulfill the Chapter 13 trustee's reporting requirements.
