I talked to him this morning and he told me he was reviewing cases and filing today, mine was one of them....

I also stop paying chase today....

Patience ....... U dont want your attorney to rush around and make a mistake on the paperwork.. Let him look it over , make sure everything is correct , file and u will have your # in a few days. I think BK lawyers are very busy right now...

P.S. I have no PATIENCE left with all the stuff going on but I sometimes have to take a deep breath and realize everything doesnt happan on my timeclock !!

Clearly he's not a third wave attorney. That's OK. I just have a computer program that will instantly fire off an email with the case number when its filed.
