Do I need to get more copies of the forms or can I just use blank paper? I have so many creditors and so few lines? Will the attorney just put it into a computer and the form it is not not really matter or do I need to get the forms online and use them. Stupid question thanks for your time answering.

For example, if you download Schedule F, you'll notice that page 2 of that document is the "continuation" version of the form.
Did your attorney tell you to just fill out the official forms or are you doing this on your own? Most attorneys (especially those that use certain software), will pull a (merged) credit report to get the majority of the creditors.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

I used blank paper. Wasn't a problem with my attorney, but they may have had to transcribe. They do not use any standard forms, they are all done custom with the attorney's info and letterhead on each page.
That being said, best to check with your attorney or find exact copies if you can online.11-20-09-- Filed Chapter 7

Thanks for all the info. I think my attorney has his own forms by what he has already given me. They are not like the ones I see online and in the books. That is what made me wonder if it would just be put into a computer. The forms are so hard to write on and keep it neat. Drives me crazy!! Thanks again!
