Does anyone have any experience with a good lawyer in NYC? I am going to file CH13. The current lawyer that I have on retainer doesn't strike me a someone I would continue working with, based on the way he has responded to many of my questions.

Yes I do, PM me and I'll see if he's taking new clients. He operates like I do and has a cap of how many cases he'll take a month.I am a Pennsylvania Eastern and Middle District Bankruptcy, FDCPA, FCRA and Foreclosure Defense attorney, information I post is based on experience in these districts.
