Many creditors are really only one, such as Lowes, Radio Shack, cards are really Citi bank cards. Sears is also owned by another company. I never listed those two cards (out of ignorance and no guidance by my lawyer) as I was going to pay them. I went to Lowes with my plastic card and cash. They stated, you don't have an open account? I said but here is the bill. They said you have a zero balance with zero credit available. I kept my cash, went to Radio Shack to pay them. Same deal. Later I found them listed in my creditors list. I never listed them myself, Citi put them in. I really didn't list Citi either, but perhaps Sears was a Citi card or AT&T Universal card? So, you may not have many creditors as it looks like. Just many lines of credit. It was a bonus surprise to me as I took the Radio Shack card out and used it after I filed. Technically I did wrong as I needed to ask to do that. I just did not know better and had no guidance. Boy have I learned a lot.........here. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

If things keep going the way they are, it will be an ordeal just to pay our normal bills like electricity. Cap & Trade, another bite out of our retirement. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here??
