Is it good or bad when a CC stops....

Sending you email notices about new statements being available?

Since my 2 largest CCs have found out I am filing, they no longer send me statements notifications, now keep in mind that does not hurt my feelings any....

You haven't filed and your creditors have altered their behavior based on your word? My feelings definitely wouldn't be hurt!

I filed one month ago and I'm still receiving low-interest, propel yourself into greater debt blank checks.

Correct, I have not filed yet, I still owe my attorney $300, hopefully I can get him paid by the end of December, worse case is January.

I'm on my 3rd month of not paying now. BofA just sent me an offer that if I would make one minimum payment, they would set up my account in current status again and lower my interest rate.

        Where's my checkbook?

Bankruptcy is a process, not an event.......

Following my second month of not paying my non-BOA mortgage, BOA sent me a letter explaining they occasionally assess credit worthiness and intended to decrease the limit on my zero balance card. They also decided to increase my interest rate on a current card with a balance. Chase remains clueless. They still want me to write checks to myself.

Had I received such an offer from BOA, I suppose I could have written a Chase check to them to bring myself back to original terms!
