I need to change my method of payment in PACER

and I just can't figure out how to do that. Can somebody please help? Also, what do I need to look under to see if they withheld my tax stimulus payment? I don't see it on any documents. In fact the amount we paid the trustee is the exact amount available for creditors. Any ideas???
