Okay, we were Chapter 13 and our attorney told us to be in court at least by 1:15 p.m. We arrived at 1:00 sharp, courtroom was already filling up and I kept thinking "oh boy.............long afternoon". Legs were already shaky and hands sweaty! The trustee promptly started at 1:30 and we were the fourth case called (boy was I wrong about being last). The room was sworn in as a whole and a clerk was verifying all IDs. We sat down at a table in the middle of the front of the room, I was in the middle of our attorney and DH, with microphones in front of us. Trustee very businesslike but nice. We were asked one basic question, then Trustee asked my DH our address and where his income was from. Trustee then directed one question to our attorney about our automobile which raised our payments $15 monthly.......no creditors there. We were out the door at 1:45.
