I have a few credit cards that I made purchases and then made my payments and they have been paid off for a year or so. Do I have to list these, I have no idea if they are open still or not since they were store cards. Would they show on my credit reports? Can I get my free annual one online to look at or does the lawyer use it, I am assuming that they pay for a separate one? Thanks!

We didn't list any cards that were a 0 balance. They should be on your credit report if you want to list them. Most of them will find out about the bk during normal pulls of your cr and close the accounts (at least mine did). We just got discharged today, so I don't think there are any problems with not listing any 0 balance accounts. My lawyer was only interested in listing all the debts, not all the accounts. Hope that helps!! Also, you can pull your free credit report. I don't know if my lawyer pulled a seperate one, I just printed and brought my free one in with me.
