Step one complete

Well...Got the bank acct closed and reopened a new one. I am so happy I was able to stay with my bank. They were so helpful and understanding of my situation. She went the extra mile to take care of me and explain everything. The acct is closed and there is no way to link or whatever the old to the new. I was also able to save my direct deposited paycheck from execution with the auto drafts (also saved about 250.00 of wifes). Now I can pay all utilities and catch them up to date. I will have the mortgage caught up next week when my check comes in from some side work. I feel so good now that I dont have to worry who is going to suck money out now!!
