    Wachovia Bank

    I read about the opportunity checking & savings account.
    What would I need to open an account like this?

    I called one of the branches here in Philly and the said I need $50 for checking $100 for savings or vice versa for a regular. Is that about right?

    Ummmm...what exactly are you hoping we can help you with? Sounds like you've confirmed with your local bank about this special Wachovia account and its requirements. Is there something else you are worried about?

      What I did was called to see what I needed to open up a new account. I did not inquire about the opportunity account just a basic account.

      The question I was asking was the amount i need to open an account up?
      See I'm on that Chexsystem so I'm trying to find a bank.
