I read in Donald Trump's latest book "How to get rich", a chapter explaining that one way to succeed is if you are concerned about someone elses opinion it should depend on how important they are to your success. If it's a boss or customer then certainly their opinion of you counts. If it's a person that in no way will determine your success then while they have the right to their opinion no matter what they think good or bad it won't affect you. I generally are concerned with people having a positive opinion of me if they contribute to my success and as for anyone else their words are truly meaningless. It's absolutely impossible to be all things to all people and please everyone. Just please those that contribute to success!

I simply stopped caring much about what other people think a long time ago... let it be their problem, not mine! That gives me much more peace of mind. This too will pass. There's more to life than this. Doing the best I can with what I have, admitting to my mistakes, and moving forward is the healthy thing to do.

People are gonna talk about you no matter what you do. You can't please all of the people all of the time. That's just my 2 sense

The hardest thing that I had to handle was my own family gossiping about me. It was awful.

I look at it this way. When I have to face the Man Upstairs one day, they won't be there beside me, and only I have to ever answer for what I do and have done. Therefore, I learned not to let it bother me!
