I just spoke to my TT and she said that she was concluding her investigation and should have an answer in about two weeks.

Meanwhile my case management conference is coming up soon so here we go again, another postponement of my lawsuit.

My 60 days is well passed so I guess I just have to wait some more.

Thanks, the irony of it is that if the TT wants to go after my lawsuit and she can recover then GO FOR IT.

I never intended not to pay anyone back, the criminal just took my money so I had no choice but to file BK.

At least I know that it will take a couple of weeks at most.
