Has anyone dealt with these donkeys lately. I received 10 calls today, four of which were 15 minutes apart. Any suggestions on dealing with the 20 year olds calling and threatening to repossess. Besides putting him across my knee and giving him the spanking he missed as a child , is there any buzz phrase you suggest in the pre-filing stage. Also, what is your opinon on surrendering a vehicle prior to filing. Moot point or . . . ?

Wachovia Dealer Services Threats and Unprofessionalism

Wachovia Dealer Services is way behind the ball. They were one of my creditors. I filed on them and discharged Dec. 08. They got all the paper work ect... My ex wife had the vehicle when she left, and was making payments on it since Dec. 07. Now keep in mind my CR already says, IIB, yada yada yada since the beginning of 08. The ex wife loses it to repo due to her ignorance last month. They come to my door wanting the vehicle LOL thats in another state, I tell them , its in another state and tell them where it is and also infor them of the 7 and not to bother me ever again. They repo it. I get a letter about 3 weeks ago stating that if i want it, i have to pay, bla bla bla and on the letter there is a box checked. It says, "We see that you are seeking chapter 7 relieve ect......LOL.... Dah! i got that relieve almost a year and a half ago..... So to me, they are pretty incompetent and have no clue what the right hand is doing as opposed to the left hand...... I would file first and then let them repossess. That way its not a repo on your CR. Other then that, just tell them the check is in the mail and drag it out and put up with it till you file. They are going to hound you no matter what.Filed August 15th 2008
