I know, I know, things are backed up in LA but it has now been neraly 80 days since the last day for government and creditor objections.

If you have followed my case my 1st 341 was on 1/12/09 and after numerous BS extentions and exams by the TT here we are almost in September and I think that they have finally thrown in the towel.

Shouldn't PACER at LEAST be showing " waiting for discharge"??????

It's the only thing holding up my loan modification.

Any updates from anyone in Southern California on the timing of discharges?

From what I understand the LA courts are at least 60 days behind. If you are well past the 60 days, I would call the Clerk and just ask where they are on discharges. If you catch a friendly clerk, sometimes they'll do it for you on the phone. Can't hurt.
