Anyone else here on the forums live in N.Nevada? just wondering if they had attended 341 meeting in this area and what it was like in this district.

I attended the 341 for our pending BK7 in July and it was packed
I was glad I got there early
first you go through a metal detector then when you get to your room a nice person gives you a clip board with a pamphlet that they say you must read (you will be asked by trustee if you read it) and to have your SS card and ID ready when you are called
when you are called you hand the pamphlet and ID'S to the nice person and then the trustee swears you in and asks a few questions.
I didn't have any issues outside of the basic BK saga... but for those that owned businesses or multiple properties she had extra questions for them
The trustee was a very busy lady that knew exactly what she was looking for and things moved along fairly fast
