Question Selling household property to pay for attorney..

I have nothing of any real value, if I sold everything I have left, I might get $2500 for everything, that would be pushing it.

I am selling my TV, I spend to much time watching it anyway.

I will get $400 for it. I plan on taking that money and applying it to my attorney fees, I owe him $1100.

Would the TT look sideways at that? If I do this I should have the fees paid by Ocotober and file that month instead of waiting till november or december.

I have also thought of selling what tools I have left, I have allready sold most of them and paid on the CCs with that money. I think I have about $500 left in tools.

You won't be the first person who has sold household goods to pay legal fees. Nothing wrong with your plan.

The trustee will totally understand. I sold one of my laptops to pay my attorneys fees. (I have several of them, since I am a techie, and it seemed like a good way to come up with cash) and my attorney said that that was fine.
You can't take a picture of this. It's already gone. ~~Nate, Six Feet Under
