Maybe that is the difference in our districts.
I got the Suggestion of Bankruptcy letter with the 341 date from the Trustee's office too. But I saw everything posted on Pacer long before I received it in the mail. But as to all the other information, the Trustee contacted my attorney and since I had supplied everything to my attorney prior to filing, the attorney supplied everything the Trustee requested at the time the Trustee asked for it. No more, no less.Filed CH 7 9/30/2008

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..

If she wouldn't let you sit and read it in the office, that's bad (how else are you going to sign to it's accuracy) -- but I don't think it's unreasonable for her to decline to let you leave with a copy of a completed petition when her fees haven't been paid in full.
From her point of view she could never see you again and suddenly you're filing pro-se based on how she filled out your petition.
I know that wasn't your intention, but perhaps she's been burned before.

Far as 341 meeting, we received notification in the snail mail once we filed, within a week I would say. We received paperwork from our attorney at our 341, however we went to his office and were asked to review everything before we actually filed. I suppose attorney's all handle things differently. I personally wasn't too worried, I read the petition before she filed electronically, had I brought it home, found a mistake, it wouldn't have mattered at that point, it was filed. Ofcourse since I had a Pacer acct. set up, so I checked as soon as I had a case number.
Are you completely sure it's been filed? You should have a case number if so. Call your attorney and find out what your case number is, then check Pacer. If you have not paid in full, and you are a C7, I am surprised any attorney filed your case, most on a 7 want paid in full before it's filed.Filed Chapter 7 June 4 ~ 341 July 20 ~Last day of objections Sept 18~Discharged/Closed Sept 21
