I had a meeting with a lawyer today. He seemed to be good at bk and it is all he does. My income is not a issue. all my debt is good to go except my tax lien and student loans i knew that. My truck is not a issue 
I thought. Then the hitter. Since i transfered a house from me to my parents last year and they fixed it up and sold it for 80k i can not file now. The lawyer last year was wrong. I need to wait till may so it will be 2 years since the transfer so i do not have to claim it. He said he does not see it as a real proplem but since it has not been two years he said the truste might try and take it. He said it would be a big issue since mom and dad sold it on a contract. He questioned weather the trustee could take it. But he said wait so it will not be a issue.
I was so looking to be done with all the crap. But my income is except from seizer or any thing so there is not much of a issue of waiting. Hey maybe obama will make filing easyer and cheaper.
