There is one creditor i wish i could see there dam face when they open the letter that says your screwed i filed bankruptcy.
I owned a business right out of highschool well i head it in high school and quite to run it. I used card services for my credit card charges.
They loved the 20k i did my first month they loved the 25k i did the second. And so on till about 8 months into it. When i started doing 30k to 40k a month they had a proplem. You think the 3% they got for doing the charge would make them happey. Well they called said i was doing to much a month and my credit score was to low. I asked don't the two auto loans i had and paid off help. Well ya but not enough. They told me they where holding 13k in charges for two week so it would be on the next months charges. I said proplem is the people will not like me waiting to weeks to order the product and then the two week for me to get it then get it to them. The answer just send the product we have your money. Well the people understandably charged back the purchase. I get a bill for 18k from the credit card company.
Odd thing 10k of it i never got. Sure 8k of it i owed them. But what about the 10k i never got
THey cost me my business when i started taking paypal and check i started never getting the cores for the jetski engines back at 1000 a pop. Then i started having trouble from the engine company wanting to know why they did not get the core from so and so. They worked with me. Heck when i closed they offered me a credit line so i could stock the engines and get the core to my shop. So i could send the engine out after getting the old one. But the damaged was done the credit card company hit my bank account 35 times trying to debt 18k. Cost me 35 bucks 35 times. or 1225 bucks.
I can not wait for card services to get that bankrupcty letter. HEck they keep costing me. They cost me a home loan two years ago because they caught it when the bank ran my credit for my loan. The sucky thing is they had to re run it because the idiot lost the report. One week cost me the loan.
THey almost got me. When i bought my house in sullivan and recorded the deed. I had it free and clear. They sued me. In the wrong state and i did not show so they got a judgement that was worthless then paper.
. Dang i guest if i drove the 1500 miles to North carolina to tell them to sue me in indiana.
